Saturday Morning Workshops with Prabhakara

In the 2020 Saturday series of workshops we will look at the main groups of asana, standing poses, seated poses and forward bends, and backbends and inversions. During the spring series we will concentrate on the standing poses, looking at them in more detail with regard to how they affect the whole body.
These workshops are suitable for those who have been practising Iyengar yoga for at least one year. Price: £20 (£16 concessions).
