Life’s little frustrations can often turn into big irritations. How can we let go of worldly concerns that are out of our control and accept what we cannot change? This workshop won’t provide all the answers but may provide the mental space to recognise where we can have an influence. This workshop is suitable for anyone with one years’ Iyengar yoga experience.
