Until further notice the Yoga Studio is closed. But the teachers are offering these online classes you can follow at home via Zoom, the online video app.
You will need to email in advance the teacher of the class you wish to attend.
All payments for classes will be taken electronically. Details of how to pay will be provided when you register.
Prabhakara’s online classes are on a donation basis. We would like you to be able to attend a class regardless of your current financial circumstances. But, if you can, please do make a donation here for each of his classes you attend.
If you help with Zoom please contact your teacher. As you will be following the class at home we will teach with minimal props but it will be useful to have a mat (or non-slip floor), a brick, a belt, blocks and a dining chair.
Drop-in Classes with Prabhakara
No need to book, just turn up. We suggest that you come 15 minutes early for your first class to find your way around. You may pay per class, or buy a Yoga Card (£80, or £60 concessions) valid for 10 of Prabhakara’s regular weekly classes in 2020. The card cannot be used after the expiry date (sorry, no refund for unused classes).

The Beginners/Regulars Class is suitable for those new to yoga or the Iyengar method, and for regular students. Students are expected to practise, or build up to, sarvangasana (shoulder stand). Price £9 (£7 concessions) per person.

Gentle Beginners is a shorter, more basic class for those who may find the Beginners Class too much of a step when first attending and can help build up to a Beginners Class. Price £8 (£6 concessions) per person.
Women’s Iyengar Yoga Class with Carol Haynes
Mixed level: Wednesdays 10.00-11.15am (term-time only) replaced by online classes until further notice

It has now become tradition to share food after our Saturday morning sessions. It is a lovely way to get to know other students as well as not having to worry about lunch when you get home. If you’d like to join in, please bring along something plant based to share on the day.
