The Role of Breath in Yoga: 29 September, 13 October, 24 November, 10.00am-1.00pm

In this series of three workshops we will look at how we use the breath in asana. Each workshop will also include a session of pranayama.
These workshops are suitable for those who have been attending Iyengar Yoga classes for at least two years. Price £20 (£16 concessions) per person.
