Prabhakara’s online classes are on a donation basis. We would like you to be able to attend a class regardless of your current financial circumstances. But, if you can, please do make a donation here for each of his classes you attend.

If you help with Zoom please contact your teacher. As you will be following the class at home we will teach with minimal props but it will be useful to have a mat (or non-slip floor), a brick, a belt, blocks and a dining chair.

 

Classes with Prabhakara

Beginners/Regulars, Tuesdays 6.00-7.15pm and Thursdays 12 noon- 1.30pm

The Beginners/Regulars Class is suitable for those new to yoga or the Iyengar method, and for regular students. Students are expected to practise, or build up to, sarvangasana (shoulder stand). Price £10 (£7 concessions) per person.

Gentle Beginners, Tuesdays 7.30-8.30pm replaced by online classes until further notice

Gentle Beginners is a shorter, more basic class for those who may find the Beginners Class too much of a step when first attending and can help build up to a Beginners Class. Price £8 (£6 concessions) per person.

Women’s Iyengar Yoga Class with Carol Haynes

Mixed level: Wednesdays 10.00-11.15am (term-time only) replaced by online classes until further notice

Beginners and experienced students welcome. Classes will include a range of standing, sitting and recuperative postures. Price £9 (£7 concessions) per person.

Weekend Workshops with Julie Baker

Delve deeper into the practice of asana and pranayama. Through careful guidance and attention to detail you will learn to refine your practice and develop a stronger connection with your own being.

These weekends are an opportunity to fully immerse yourself in yoga goodness and share good food and conversation with like-minded beings. Come and join the fun!

Open to experienced students. Prices: Saturday £20, Sunday £12

It has now become tradition to share food after our Saturday morning sessions. It is a lovely way to get to know other students as well as not having to worry about lunch when you get home. If you’d like to join in, please bring along something plant based to share on the day.
