The Level 1 class is suitable for those new to yoga or the Iyengar method. There is no need to book, just turn up.
Beginners/regulars level class is suitable for new students and for regular students. Students are expected to practise, or build up to, sarvangasana (shoulderstand).
The intermediate level class is for students who have been attending regularly for at least 2 years and can achieve a stable sirsasana (headstand).
Gentle beginners is a shorter, more basic class for those who may find the Level 1 class too much of a step when first attending and is a way to bridge the gap and build up to a Level 1 class.
An eight-week course for complete beginners. The course is an ideal introduction to Iyengar Yoga. All equipment will be provided. Advanced booking is essential.

Women's Iyengar Yoga Class
Beginners and experienced students welcome. Classes will include a range of standing, sitting and recuperative postures. Taught by qualified teacher, Carol Haynes.
